If your print arrives damaged from transit, please take a photo of the damaged print, the damaged packaging and the label, and email it to campodelsolflowers[at]gmail.com. We will place an order for a new print for you immediately! Thank you for your understanding. 

We currently only ship within the United States.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after I place my order?

A: No, all sales are final and non-returnable since all prints are made to order.

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

A: Yes, you may change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

Q: Can I use a discount code on print orders?

A: No, prints are not eligible for discounts at this time.

 

Q: When will my print ship?

A: Prints take time and cannot be rush ordered. We strive to ship print orders within 7-10 business days from the date your order is placed. 

 

Q: Are the prints framed?

A: No, the prints are not framed. We recommend consulting with and supporting a local artist near you for framing your special print.
