Bulk flowers

Campo del Sol Flowers is happy to offer bulk wedding flowers for couples that prefer designing their own wedding florals, and have the time and skills for it. This option is not recommended for couples who have specific flower types in mind, require an in-person consultation, or have more complex event design needs.

If you're interested in this option, simply let me know what your color palette is, your preferred style, and the flower quantities you need. Based on this information, I will put together a flower cost estimate for you. As soon as you finalize your order and a deposit has been made, I will put together a lovely selection of flowers and foliage based on what's growing the week of your wedding.

Orders will be available for pickup during set times at our farm in Murfreesboro, TN. Delivery is not available. Please note that bulk wedding flowers require a minimum $500 order.

How it Works

Review the Packet

Please read all the information on this page before you place your order. A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required before your event date so that I can include you in my schedule.

Submit Order Form

Complete the bulk flowers order form and send it to campodelsolflowers@gmail.com with your name and wedding date in the subject line. I will do my very best to meet your preferences, but because of our small scale and other event design work, I cannot guarantee the availability of specific flowers.

Review Estimate

Within a week of receiving your order, I will send you an email confirmation. An estimate for the wedding flowers will be included based on the information you provide. You will also receive a contract for your review. If you have any questions or need to make any adjustments to your order, let me know and I can update the estimate.

Send Contract & Deposit

Once you approve your estimate, you'll receive a contract to sign. Please return your signed contract along with a $250 deposit. Once the contract and deposit have been received, your wedding date will be reserved on my calendar. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance.

Final Check-In

Two weeks prior to your event, I will reach out to you to provide pickup location directions and schedule a time window for you to pick up your flowers. Please note: Flowers should be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle with seats that fold down flat. Flowers cannot be transported in the back of an open-bed pickup truck.

Submit Balance

Final payment is due 10 days before your event. You will receive an invoice via email. You can pay online with a credit card.

Arrange your Flowers!

Your flowers will be prepped and ready for you to pick up on the date and time specified during your final check-in. Your flowers will be in buckets of water so you don't have to worry about bringing containers. After you pick up your blooms, make sure they're stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Add extra water to the buckets as needed until they're ready for arranging.
